  5. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by MAMAS Midwives: Worked with Ryan Cook from Lumina and it could not have been easier. He arranged for all the inspection and permits and paperwork and installation, and his team is super responsive and helpful. The inspector even noticed a dangerous hanging wire about to fall off of our house after a previous storm, and saved us from possible electrocution by contacting Pepco to fix it before moving forward. Once it was installed, and all the permits were in, we got permission from Pepco to turn it on, and we just had to flip a switch and voilà! Solar power! Wish we had done it years ago. Bonus: we gave our code to our son and he got solar power in his house and Lumina gave him a discount and sent us a referral fee!
  6. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Latha: What can I say...from our initial consult with Christopher Richardson to handling all the final details post install by Stephanie and Mary...it was practically perfection. I say "practically" because there were some minor hiccups that cropped up, as is to be expected sometimes, but were handled immediately. As a new home owner, working with different contractors to get things done can be pretty challenging and downright exhausting. But with Lumina, the experience and the road to the install was the most painless experience to date...they handled everything from permits, to working with our HOA, to the electric company and securing tax credits and whatever else needed to be done along the way to get us going all the while keeping us in the loop but only involving us when necessary. This was very much appreciated as there was a lot on my plate already. Best of all, their estimated timelines were spot on which allowed me to make other related plans with confidence. We researched many solar companies before settling on Lumina. Their prices are competitive. They have a wonderful team. We felt supported throughout the process and still do. Look no further. I highly recommend them!
  7. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Robert Koester: Panels and electrical are in place and look great. The install team was in and out in about 1.5 days. Very professional. Next will be the inspection processes and we will be start it up. Very anxious to move forward. If your interested in solar energy, I would definitely recommend Lumina. From my 1st meeting with Charlie Keyser, I knew we had found the right contractor for the project. Charlie was very detailed on how solar systems worked, the quality of the product and how the installation process would take place. Since that time I have met with multiple team members and they are all have been great, from the girls in the office to the engineer that came out to our home. We are actually ahead of schedule. The field racking system was completed today and we are scheduled for the panel and electric install early next month. I will provide more details and hopefully continued high praise for the Lumina team Friday the Lumina team was out and installed the electrical conduit in the ground. I spoke the the lead tech and answered a couple of questions and they were good to go. Nice work. When I arrived home from work and went out to look over the work, was that there was a underground hornets nest about 6-8 feet away from where they were working at the house. Hopefully they didn't get stung. I have since had the nest re moved and will make sure they don't return prior to the panel and wiring installation.
  8. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Tushar Patel: As I started solar project, I had talked to few companies, I ended up with Lumina due to few reason. It came highly recommended from few folks I knew but i'd like to evaluate myself 1st hand and I did. I synced up with Phil Jordan from Lumina. Phil was tremendous with his knowledge and answering my every questions promptly. He didn't try to sell like few other companies did. Phil and I had multiple discussion before I was satisfied and signed up. With Lumina there isn't much choice of Panel/Inverters but they're top of the shelf material. Once the permit and interconnection was approved, Lumina quickly schedule an install. I felt like their electrician - Josh, Cameron, Jimmy and Matt - and Installers Ryan and Titus - were very very knowledgeable and professional. Like Phil they took their time to explain my questions with all work and installs and other solar questions. The Job they did was through and clean. Once install was complete, Lumina again was quick to set up town inspection within a week. Overall, I am glad I choose Lumina with how ease the process was and above all the work is.
