Why Personalization Matters Especially

  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Mitchell Merritt: The crew I worked with to get my panels installed were great, we discussed how many were actually needed and they handled the discussion with my provider to get that set up. a year in now and i've gotten a few calls when their monitoring showed that my panels weren't producing as much as they expected, and we got those sorted out easily. overall, i'd recommend them
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Tabitha Nguyen: Lumina Solar installed our system about 5 months ago. We were very happy with the service and the quality of our system. Jack was very good at answering all of our initial questions and the installation team was very professional. We highly recommend this company for anyone considering going solar!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Justin Occhiogrosso: Smooth process overall from Lumina. (PECO drug their feet every step of the way, but that's another story.) Worked with a salesman named Jack. He was always professional. The install only took a few hours and was great.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Harrison Burch: Extremely professional! We worked with Christopher Richardson and he made the whole process so simple. The crew that showed up installed everything in only a few hours and then walked me through what they had completed and what the next steps were. If I would have known this was so easy, I would have done this a while ago!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Niraj Shah: The process was seamless working with Sufi and rest of the team at Lumina. The system seems to work as expected. Unlike other company salesmen, even if I have a question after an year, Sufi is quick to respond and answer any of my queries.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Lindsay: I've been working with Courtney closely for a little over a year now and she's been so incredibly supportive while I work to get my credit in order so we can start the process of switching to solar. I wouldn't go through any other company let alone anyone other than Courtney for this process. I feel very confident that I and my investment are in the best hands!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Tyler Bridwell: I highly recommend Lumina Solar. They are a complete, one stop solar solution. Making the transition to solar can be a daunting endeavor and a huge investment. Lumina Solar and more specifically Christopher Richardson made my transition to solar a fantastic and rewarding experience. I have the highest confidence in my rooftop system and am extremely satisfied with my investment. Lumina is a top notch organization. I decided to transition to solar for several reasons. I liked the idea of making and using my own electricity. More independence from the power company was a huge motivator. But the numbers had to work. I wanted to make an investment that would pay for its self and continue to provide a return on my initial investment. I also wanted to be more environmentally responsible. Diving into the world of rooftop solar can be overwhelming. It is absolutely necessary to do your homework and get several quotes from competing companies. I received quotes from five different solar installation companies. I elected to go with Lumina Solar in the winter of 2022 and have been completely satisfied and extremely happy with my investment and choice of solar installers. Lumina was not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. But their product is so much more than panels and wire. They are a complete solar solution. From the very first meeting with Christopher I was impressed. Lumina does more than just the installation. They provide support every step of the way from the initial roof inspection to long after your system starts producing power. I was a skeptic from the very beginning when I started researching solar installers. I had other solar companies flat out lie to me. Some companies wanted the ‘quick sale’ and tried to lock me into a contract immediately. Others were using ‘fuzzy math’ when demonstrating the potential money advantages of rooftop solar. Lumina Solar was different. They were straight up honest and competent from the very beginning. Even when local red tape and logistical challenges pushed the project deadline back, they never wavered. They continued to be honest and forthcoming. Christopher was always available for questions, day or night. He was rock solid and with me every step of the way. Lumina solar offers many advantages that set them apart from other companies. Their warranty is of the highest quality on the market backed by a Solar Insure guarantee. This provides an added piece of mind. They also enroll their customers into a SREC management program that sells your energy credits for you. This takes all the headache and stress off of the customer. Like I stated above, Lumina Solar has thought of everything. Their comprehensive approach to rooftop soar goes way beyond installing panels on your roof. They cover every aspect involved in making the transition to solar. And more importantly, they back it up in the contract. I am very happy with Lumina Solar and Christopher Richardson!! Lumina Solar made my transition to solar a very positive and rewarding experience!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Rich Fatzinger: I evaluated a number of different solar companies. Some impressed me. Some did not, but then I spoke with a friend who “strongly recommended” contacting Phillip Jordan with Lumina Solar. I am so glad that I did because my experience with Phil and Lumina was incredible from start to finish. The contracting process was seemless. Their pricing was in line with the other Solar providers I was speaking to, and Lumina actually used a higher rated panel. Lumina handled all of the township permitting/inspection process, which also was a very simple process. When it was time for install, there were 3 or 4 guys who came and installed all 35 of my panels in one day. They were very courteous and made sure I was properly informed and was able to provide input in any important decisions regarding aesthetics or function. My system is now turned on by my power company and it is meeting the performance specifications I was told to expect. Long story short, this has been by far my best experience with any contractor/installer I have ever had, regardless of the type of contractor/installer. I would be happy to answer any questions from anyone considering Solar.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Chris Stoltzfus: When I was looking to go solar I had done a few quotes and designs with different companies. Lumina came in with not only the best pricing for the work, but the best design plan for the area as well. Jack knew his stuff and had a base design already done that showed estimates based on previous sun data and satellite pictures. We were able to determine taking out some trees could improve performance and which ones could stay. We had to do some back and forth with the electric company to get started which was the biggest hassle. There was a lack of communication from electric on getting us approvals and information if the system we planned was allowed. After 5 months they told us it wasn't and that we would need to pay to have a upgraded transformer installed. They then took another month to tell us a price before we said no and we down sized to what was allowed based on the current grid. By far this was the biggest headache but was in no part Lumina Solar's fault. Once we knew what we were allowed we went back and designed a system that would work. Permits and paperwork went pretty quickly after we got electric company to sign off. Due to the weather there was a little delay in getting install started but the team that came out did fantastic work. The hardest challenge for the installers was dealing with my old house's thick walls, (18inches plus a little empty space before another wall) but after determining what was needed they came back and managed to get the hole drilled. They were able to answer any questions I had along the way for the project and provided insight into other questions I had as well. On the roof install side of things, things went smoothly. A couple of the snow guards got broken but they ordered in new ones and replaced them without a hassle. The full Lumina team worked very well together and were always professional. I have recommended them to others and would do so again. Can't wait to see just how well the system works.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Corey DeSimone: I shopped around for solar panels at a few places including Tesla, and none of the companies stood out to me like Lumina Solar. I’m all about customer service, and working with Philip Jordan was by far the best experience I could’ve asked for.. He had answers to all my crazy questions (and there were a lot) and taught me a lot about solar in general, while not being your typical pushy salesman at the same time. He found me the best, affordable price coupled with top of the line products and tech. I recommend him to all of my friends/family and neighbors interested in solar. Lumina Solar all the way!
