George HegeI contacted 3 solar companies when we decided to consider going solar. Christopher Richardson was by far the most helpful and honest of the representatives I talked to. He provided clear answers, was available when needed, but did not use any high pressure sales techniques in an attempt to seal the deal. Lumina's installation team was efficient and professional. There was a mix up on their end that delayed our ability to go live for about 2 weeks but they took care of it. We've now been producing electricity for 6 months and continue to recommend Lumina to anyone who is considering solar.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by George Hege
Duane ZoscinI had an awesome experience with luminous solar. Peter and his team walked me through the process every step of the way. They even dealt with some sticky situations with local zoning, and that's the kind of thing that would frustrate me to know end but they handled it like pros and they got me through it. I am now the proud owner of a 16.25 kW array. 5 out of 5 stars highly recommendReview of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Duane Zoscin

John HoweI’m a driver that delivered some of the Solar Panels that this facility installs. My first time to this place but hopefully won’t be the last. I arrived on 7/23/24@7:38am and backed in off the road(Rt#29/Gravel Pike)that runs by due to what looked like a small and congested parking area. Once backed in was met out at truck by I believe Duane B.. He surprised me as wasn’t expecting anyone to come out. He commented that most drivers pull in which looked like that would’ve been possible but still very tight. I had 10ea. crates and Duane and a coworker had all 10ea crates off “tailgate method”with the assistance of a pallet jack in no time. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. I appreciated their expeditiously unloading me and getting me moving again. I did not ask for or see a restroom/bathroom and probably could overnight if you had a 1st am appt., just park off to the side in the upper left hand corner. Thank you again for a very easy and quick delivery. I look forward to returning someday in near future. I departed @ 8:02am.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by John Howe
Mike CwellLumina Solar installed the system at my residence roughly 8 months ago. The solar panel system has been a great value add to the home and I have not received a single energy bill from my provider. Additionally, Ali Sanders was the services rep that I worked with and she was professional and knowledgeable and that was very helpful through the decision making process. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Mike Cwell
Eman ElshahatWe had a great experience getting a home solar system with Lumina Solar. Our consultant Peter Hayes did a great job walking us through all the options and helping us select the right system, i know i loved the demonstration he had on his screen of the whole system. I appreciated the flexibility with the different time slots to meet or talk through the whole thing. The permitting and install process was very smooth and quick, they installed 13 panels in less than 4 hours, they were very efficient and clean. Worth mentioning is also the communication, it was just the perfect amount, not too much to the point you feel pressured to make a certain decision or the other. Even after the installation Peter Hayes has been very responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly Recommended!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Eman Elshahat
Tyler BridwellI highly recommend Lumina Solar. They are a complete, one stop solar solution. Making the transition to solar can be a daunting endeavor and a huge investment. Lumina Solar and more specifically Christopher Richardson made my transition to solar a fantastic and rewarding experience. I have the highest confidence in my rooftop system and am extremely satisfied with my investment. Lumina is a top notch organization. I decided to transition to solar for several reasons. I liked the idea of making and using my own electricity. More independence from the power company was a huge motivator. But the numbers had to work. I wanted to make an investment that would pay for its self and continue to provide a return on my initial investment. I also wanted to be more environmentally responsible. Diving into the world of rooftop solar can be overwhelming. It is absolutely necessary to do your homework and get several quotes from competing companies. I received quotes from five different solar installation companies. I elected to go with Lumina Solar in the winter of 2022 and have been completely satisfied and extremely happy with my investment and choice of solar installers. Lumina was not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. But their product is so much more than panels and wire. They are a complete solar solution. From the very first meeting with Christopher I was impressed. Lumina does more than just the installation. They provide support every step of the way from the initial roof inspection to long after your system starts producing power. I was a skeptic from the very beginning when I started researching solar installers. I had other solar companies flat out lie to me. Some companies wanted the ‘quick sale’ and tried to lock me into a contract immediately. Others were using ‘fuzzy math’ when demonstrating the potential money advantages of rooftop solar. Lumina Solar was different. They were straight up honest and competent from the very beginning. Even when local red tape and logistical challenges pushed the project deadline back, they never wavered. They continued to be honest and forthcoming. Christopher was always available for questions, day or night. He was rock solid and with me every step of the way. Lumina solar offers many advantages that set them apart from other companies. Their warranty is of the highest quality on the market backed by a Solar Insure guarantee. This provides an added piece of mind. They also enroll their customers into a SREC management program that sells your energy credits for you. This takes all the headache and stress off of the customer. Like I stated above, Lumina Solar has thought of everything. Their comprehensive approach to rooftop soar goes way beyond installing panels on your roof. They cover every aspect involved in making the transition to solar. And more importantly, they back it up in the contract. I am very happy with Lumina Solar and Christopher Richardson!! Lumina Solar made my transition to solar a very positive and rewarding experience!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Tyler Bridwell
Cynthia HodsdonFrom first contact with Team Lead Philip Jordan to inspection by Todd, installation with Rob, to Solar Activation, my experience with Lumina Solar was great. The project coordinator took care of permits, scheduling, and connection to the power grid easy. The engineer and installers were efficient, neat, and careful. The system was explained in an easy to understand way. Activation was a breeze. I highly recommend Lumina Solar. I met with 4 separate solar companies and deemed Lumina the best option. They provided details along with the estimate without asking, and handled follow-up questions quickly. (I cannot say the same for the other companies.) The Lumina team was very responsive. Customer service was great too. Picture shows the view from the back of the house.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Cynthia Hodsdon
